Modern Lift Rentals offers a variety of dirt equipment ranging from small compaction to water wagons, skid steers, mini excavators, and skiploaders to meet your rental needs. We only carry the best from Multiquip, Caterpillar, Dynapac, and John Deere.
Our Equipment Includes:
Small Compaction
We have jumping jacks with 4” to 12” shoes including plate compactors with or without water tanks.
Skid Steers
We have a new fleet of Caterpillar skid steers available, we offer auger and hammer attachments.
Mini Excavators
We carry 8000lb and 15000lb Caterpillar mini excavators with bucket sizes from 12” to 36”.
Water Wagon
We offer 500 gallon water wagons from Magnum and Multiquip.
